I received a bottle of The Ultimate Multi from Brad King's Ultimate Line in exchange for an honest review. Being a Nutritional Sciences graduate I really like Multivitamins because I know how important they are in the balance of a healthy lifestyle so I was super excited to review this! Since taking this Dietary Supplement I feel a lot better then I used to.
I have more energy and I feel healthier. My mind works better then ever. The only think I dislike is how many you have to take in a day. They recommend 4 to 8 capsules per day with meals which is a lot more then I want to take. I haven't experienced any stomach issues or side effects at all which is a plus. I also don't feel as tired or sluggish at the end of my work day which is a feeling I never thought I would know.
The pill itself is super easy to swallow. The only thing I would change is how many you need to take for it to be effective. Other then that, I would highly recommend this product if such a dietary supplement is right for you!
