I received a bottle of The Phytoceramides 350 mg Skin Supplement from Sano Naturals in exchange for an honest review. Being a Nutritional Sciences graduate I was really interested in this product. I love that this supplement is made with vitamins that are really good for you. I have been taking this pill for about 2 weeks and have noticed a huge improvement in my skin. My skin isn't dry anymore and a lot smoother! It has been a slow change but it is noticeable.
The pill itself is super easy to swallow. I would highly recommend this product if such a dietary supplement is right for you!
