I received a pack of Lypo-Spheric R-Alpha Lipoic Acid from Line On Labs in exchange for an honest review. Being a Nutritional Sciences graduate I really like the idea of a ALA supplement because I know how important they are in the balance of a healthy lifestyle so I was super excited to review this! Since taking this Dietary Supplement I see differences in my mood. I feel much more awake, energized and alert.
The supplement itself is a liquid which I'm not a fan of because this liquid does not desolve into the water you add it to.It looks like a big glob of honey in water. I take it fast so I don't have to taste it because I don't like the taste. The benefits are worth a quick shot in the morning because it does work. I would highly recommend this product if such a dietary supplement is right for you!
