MY REVIEW:

I received a bottle of The  Triple-Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil Softgels from Nutrigold in exchange for an honest review. Being a Nutritional Sciences graduate I really like Omega 3 Fish Oil Pills because I know how important they are in the balance of a healthy lifestyle so I was super excited to review this! Since taking this Dietary Supplement I see differences in my skin and mood! My skin seems much more evened out and even smoother and healthier looking. 

 

I've also been feeling much happier too which I love! In addition to my mood and skin, I've noticed my hair and nails look healthier too! 

The pill itself is super easy to swallow and leaves no after taste, thank god! I would highly recommend this product if such a dietary supplement is right for you!
