MY REVIEW: 
I received a Monogram Phone Case from http://monogramforyou.com in exchange for an honest review. Their site is very user friendly and they have options for literally every phone! They have wooden cases and very cute designs. During my application for it I filled out my initials as requested but they stated that they never received that and sent me a sample which was a random initial so I am really disappointed that I can't use the case I got. 

I immediately contacted the company who said they would send me the correct one to review 2 weeks ago. Since then, I have not heard from them or seen the case I requested. My only hope is that they don't do this to normal customers if this happened to someone they requested a review from. 

As for the "sample case" I got it is cute and detailed. The colors and letters are bright and attractive. Sadly, I can't use it and know no one with the initials I received so it will be trash which is a huge upset to me.

This phone case is built well. It is light and fits my phone perfectly. The phone case was truly built with care and high quality in mind! I would recommend giving the site a try to see if you get what you order. They have many different options so you can find something you like. I just hope your customer service experience turns out better than mine.
