The stainless steel makes this product look and feel high quality! It's such a beautiful product to add to your kitchen! We made tons of recipes with it and were so relieved at the amount of time it reduced from our normal baking and we got more out of the chocolate too! This is perfect for shaving chocolate and for zesting lemons,limes and oranges in my citrus tarts. It's super simple and easy to use and you get great results. Its almost effortless!  I will get a lot of use out of this when baking during the holidays.
