MY REVIEW: 

I received Swift-n-Snug Workout Bands from Swift-n-Snug in exchange for an honest review. I am in love with these Swift-n-Snug Workout Bands! Although, this is the fifth set of workout Bands I have ever tried I am still super impressed. The Swift-n-Snug Workout Bands help me a lot in the gym. They encourage you to work harder and help build muscle. They allow you to perform strength-training exercises without weights, add challenge and variety to any workout program, adaptable for multiple fitness levels, are incredibly cost effective and all around useful! This in turn makes your work out more effective. 

 

 

These Swift-n-Snug Workout Bands are by far high quality, well made and extremely durable. They are made of a nice thick rubber. The exercise bands come in four different resistances which include; Red- XHeavy, Blue- Heavy, Yellow- Medium, Green- Light. It is also very cool that they come with their own carrying case! I noticed a huge difference since using them working out. I feel like I am getting more out of my workouts. I am so glad I have these now! I have been bringing these Swift-n-Snug Workout Bands with me every time I go to the gym. I would recommend these Swift-n-Snug Workout Bands to everyone who exercises!
