MY REVIEW:

I received a Resistance Band Set from King Athletic in exchange for an honest review. I am in love with this Resistance Band Set! Although, this is the third Resistance Band Set I have ever tried I am still super impressed. The King Athletic Resistance Band Set help me a lot in the gym. They encourage you to work harder and help build muscle. They allow you to perform strength-training exercises without weights, add challenge and variety to any workout program, adaptable for multiple fitness levels, are incredibly cost effective and all around useful! This in turn makes your work out more effective. 

 

 

This Resistance Band Set is by far high quality, well made and extremely durable. They even include ankle straps to work your legs and a door anchor for other workouts. The set includes one at 20 pounds then green at 18 pounds, red at 15 pounds, blue at 10 pounds, and finally yellow at 6 pounds. I noticed a huge difference since using them working out. I feel like I am getting more out of my workouts. I am so glad I have these now!  I love that it comes in a carrying bag so I can easily take the set with me when I go any place. I have been bringing these Resistance Loop Bands with me every time I go to the gym. I would recommend this Resistance Band Set to everyone who exercises!
