I received a pack of Bully Sticks from Best For My Pets in exchange for an honest review. I really like this product and so does my dog Ziggy! I gave it to him and he took it to a nice spot of the floor and did not move until the Bully Stick was completely gone! He absolutely loved this treat! I received a bottle of  Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) Moisturizer Cream from InstaNatural as well as a bottle of Emu Oil in exchange for an honest review. To be honest I didn't expect the moisturizer to work as good as it did! It moisturized my skin so well I was amazed! My skin now feels silky smooth. I love the texture of this product as well! It really does what it promises! 

As for the Emu Oil, I used it on my feet, hands and chest where I have eczema. It helped heal my eczema and my skin is so soft! For an oil it is not greasy at all which is a plus. MY REVIEW:

Wow! That is all the words I have about this book! From the time I picked this book up, I could not put it down. I wanted to try all the recipes as soon as possible! My favorite part is that these recipes do not cost a lot to make! Super good for my budget! My favorite recipe by far is the Chili Cheese Dip. It only has 5 ingredients and takes about 30 mins and tastes amazing! I give this book 5 out of 5 stars and recommend it to all my readers!

I received a bottle of The Yalmeh Phytoceramides-Premium Quality Plant Based Supplement from Yalmeh Peerless Beauty in exchange for an honest review. Being a Nutritional Sciences graduate I was really interested in this product. I love that this supplement is made with vitamins that are really good for you. I have been taking this pill for a few days and have noticed improvement in my skin. My skin isn't dry anymore and a lot smoother! It has been a slow change but it is noticeable. 

The pill itself is super easy to swallow. I would highly recommend this product if such a dietary supplement is right for you!
