MY REVIEW:

A great thing about knowing someone who loves to do at home workouts is getting them DVD's to help them improve that they will love! When I saw this Erin Buchanan's Air Bar Exercises Blu-Ray I loved it.  I couldn’t wait to get it and give it to my grandparents who are in love with at home workouts since they don't have the ability to do high impact workouts anymore! They love that this program is low impact which is perfect for them. They loved it and do it every chance they can get!  

This DVD is easy to follow and good for anyone!  I would highly recommend this product to anyone!
