Although, this is the second set of Resistance Loop Bands I have ever tried I am still super impressed. The  Limm Resistance Loop Bands - Set of 5 - 12 inch help me a lot in the gym. They encourage you to work harder and help build muscle. They allow you to perform strength-training exercises without weights, add challenge and variety to any workout program, adaptable for multiple fitness levels, are incredibly cost effective and all around useful! This in turn makes your work out more effective.

These  Limm Resistance Loop Bands - Set of 5 - 12 inch are by far high quality, well made and extremely durable. I noticed a huge difference since using them working out. I feel like I am getting more out of my workouts. I am so glad I have these now! I have been bringing these  Limm Resistance Loop Bands - Set of 5 - 12 inch with me every time I go to the gym.
