Consumers can get up to $100 if they bought eligible Barbara's Bakery product(s) from May 23, 2008 through July 5, 2013. To receive a payment, you must accurately complete the Claim Form and submit it by by January 1, 2014. Proofs of purchase are not initially required. However, in some cases you may be asked to verify your purchase(s) of any of the Eligible Products, by providing receipt(s) or other documentation.
